District 9 on the western edge of the South Bronx including the neighborhoods of Grand Concourse, Morrisania and Tremont. It ends east of Crotona Park and is home to Yankee Stadium and much of the revitalization in the South Bronx. There is a new glass-walled courthouse and new housing. There are still a fair number of vacant lots, and District 9 contains one of the largest public housing units in the Bronx.
